How the Club works:
Membership provides you a choice of 3, 6 or 12-bottle quarterly shipments; order more, save on shipping. Thus, you will have the opportunity to sample wines, many of which are sold only at the winery, and we start you out with the current Club selection. Enroll online or complete, sign, and return this form, then sit back and enjoy Cooper-Garrod wines throughout the year!
The Fine Print:
  • I am 21 years of age or older and authorize Cooper-Garrod Estate Vineyards (the winery) to charge my credit card in accordance with the membership option selected.
  • I will notify the winery of any changes to my phone, email, shipping, or credit card information.
  • If the winery is unable to charge my credit card on file, the winery will attempt to notify me and I will have 21 days to update my credit card information. After that time, my membership will be inactivated.
  • I am responsible for any extra shipping charges due to "incorrect address", "unavailable for signature" or similar errors.
  • If a shipment is returned to the winery, the winery will attempt to notify me and I will have 21 days to make alternate arrangements. After that time, my membership will be inactivated.
  • I understand I am making a one-year commitment. If I cancel before receiving four shipments, I will be charged a $50 early cancellation fee.
  • Should I decide to cancel, I will notify the winery at least 15 days before the next release to allow for processing. 
  • If I do not pickup or arrange delivery of a release within 60 days, the winery may make substitutions when I reappear.

Please check periodically for the most current version to confirm your continued agreement with its terms, which will be inferred by your continued association with us following any such modifications.
