1998 Cabernet Franc The grapes were picked by hand in two lots in October 1998 and immediately fermented in small bins with punchdown by hand four times a day.  The wine was then pressed off the skins and barreled down to 28 French and American oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and 10 months of barrel aging.  385 cases were bottled in August 1999, and the wine was released in August 2001.  The retail price is $24/bottle.
