1998 Cabernet Sauvignon

    The 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon is unfiltered and unblended.  It was picked in multiple lots from George's and Lone Oak vineyards September and October, destemmed, and fermented in small bins with punchdown by hand four times a day. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.  1,196 cases were bottled in August 2000, and the wine was released in October 2002.
