1997 Cabernet Sauvignon, Valley View Vineyard

These grapes were picked in two lots in October 1997 with alcohol fermentation in small bins and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with 22 months barrel aging.  1,310 cases were bottled for release in October 2000.  This wine is sold out.
