1996 Cabernet Sauvignon, Lone Oak Vineyard

These grapes were picked on September 25th at 23.8 Brix. The wine was fermented to dryness in small, 100-gallon bins with punchdown four times a day.The wine was then aged in French oak for 20 months.250 cases were bottled.
