1995 Cabernet Sauvignon

    The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon is unfiltered and unblended.  It is from the Valley View vineyard and was picked on October 17 at 24.2 Brix, pH 3.70, and TA 0.66 and barrel fermented in French oak for 20 months.  640 cases were made. 

    A repeat award winner, the 1995 Cooper-Garrod Estate Cabernet Sauvignon won Golds at the 1998 World Wine Championships and Riverside International Wine Competition and Silvers at the 1998 Indy International and San Diego National Wine Competitions and at the 1998 California State and Orange County Fairs.
